A personal tribute to Womankind
This is an Oak body T-15 double pickup Electric Guitar from Peavey, a USA electronics manufacturer circa 1982.
Originally purchased for the oak body and because it is American made. It was suppose to be for a tribute to the 911 first responders. But the client backed out and I suddenly owned a Peavey T-15. I fooled around with designs for a bit. Then I decided I'd like to do a tribute to women. Some women think it's an odd tribute. Yeah... maybe.
I started work on it in 2008 and finally finished in 2017. It became sort of a hobby/labor of love and changed faces periodically. So it's done now. Plays and sounds great. The Peavey single rail p-90 type pups are very powerful!
