Austin is a bull rider, leather worker, musician and performer from Gill, Colorado. He wanted this Tele to incorporate all these elements into the design.
Austin asked Sean Didyoung of Laurel, Montana to create the design. Sean emailed me the design. I added a bull rider from a photo of Austin, himself, high spurring.
The overall look is suppose to be reminiscent of tooled leather. Austin is having an engraved silver pickguard made for it but I haven't seen it.
All the hardware, the neck and pickguard on the pic above is Photoshopped in because I didn't have it. I'll post the final instrument photos when I get them.
