Originally bought on eBay where it was advertised as a "Frankenstrat". It was looking pretty nasty. Scratched & gouged body, broken pickguard, missing tuner, etc. I started carving it in the summer of 2003. I had to put it away for a couple years when things got busy. I finally got around to finishing it in March of 2006. The name "V-Rat" is in homage to Harley's new scooter, the V-Rod.
